Terms of Use

AyloCare find is an independent discovery directory that connects people with licensed and qualified mental health professionals in Greece. It is not a marketplace, a booking platform, or a clinical service. We do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and we do not mediate, manage, or take responsibility for the professional relationship between Seekers and Practitioners.

AyloCare find operates as part of the AyloCare ecosystem. Practitioners whose profiles appear in the Directory are AyloCare platform users; however, the Directory is a standalone consumer-facing service with its own distinct terms.

Discovery on AyloCare find is based on professional fit — never on paid promotion or sponsored rankings.

By accessing or using AyloCare find, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the Directory immediately.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Directory after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.

AyloCare find is free to browse for Seekers. You may search for practitioners by specialty, location, session type, and other relevant criteria.

You agree not to:

• Use the Directory for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory content, reviews, or reports.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Directory content in bulk without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with the technical operation of the Directory.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including a Practitioner.

We reserve the right to restrict or remove access for any user who violates these terms.

Seekers are responsible for their own choices when selecting a Practitioner. The Directory provides information to assist in that selection but does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of any individual Practitioner.

You are responsible for verifying that a chosen Practitioner meets your personal requirements before engaging their services, for your own mental health care decisions, and for any commitments, agreements, or payments you make directly with a Practitioner.

Practitioners who wish to be listed in the Directory must hold a valid AyloCare account and submit accurate information about their professional qualifications and practice.

Verification requirements include:

• Proof of relevant professional qualifications (degree, certification, or equivalent).
• For licensed psychologists and psychotherapists: the Αριθμός Άδειας Άσκησης Επαγγέλματος (Professional Practice Licence Number) issued by the relevant Greek authority.
• Any other documentation reasonably requested by us to establish professional standing.

All Directory applications are reviewed manually. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, including where submitted information is inaccurate or where a Practitioner no longer meets our standards.

Practitioners are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they provide. Submission of false information may result in immediate removal and, where applicable, referral to the relevant professional authority.

AyloCare find allows Seekers to request an introductory appointment or call with a Practitioner based on the Practitioner's posted availability. This is a communication facilitation tool only.

Following an intro appointment or any subsequent contact, the Therapeutic Relationship belongs entirely to the Seeker and Practitioner. It may freely continue outside the Directory and outside the AyloCare platform, without any restriction from us.

All Practitioner profiles submitted for publication are reviewed by AyloCare find before going live, to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with our standards and applicable law. We also review updates to existing profiles.

Practitioners acknowledge that profile publication is not guaranteed and may be delayed pending review, that we may request edits before approving a profile, and that we may remove or suspend a profile at any time if it no longer meets our standards.

Practitioners retain ownership of the content they submit. By submitting a profile, Practitioners grant AyloCare find a non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Directory for the purpose of facilitating discovery by Seekers.

All intellectual property in the AyloCare find platform — including its design, software, database structure, and curated content — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

Practitioner-submitted content remains the property of the Practitioner. AyloCare find does not claim ownership of profile content.

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable Greek data protection law. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used and protected.

By using the Directory, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy. You may exercise your data rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) at any time by contacting us at the address in Section 14.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AyloCare find and its operators shall not be liable for:

• The professional conduct, qualifications, or actions of any listed Practitioner.
• Any agreements, payments, or disputes arising directly between Seekers and Practitioners.
• Any inaccuracies in Practitioner-submitted profile content.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Directory.

The Directory is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all listed information is current at all times.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the 'Last updated' date. Your continued use of the Directory after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
